Currently, I'm reading Launching A Leadership Revolution (2005)
😉 In the book, the authors say that being teachable is a must attitude
for a leader. Arrogance is dangerous. "The
opposite of arrogance is humility. To whom is a leader to be humble? The answer:
Anyone who has something to teach," they explained.
Leaders must be humble so
that they can learn from their mentors, peers, and subordinates (another way to
say followers) regardless of their titles or positions. Arrogant leaders don't
learn until it's too late, if at all 😢 #ServeToLead
