Deep within the human spirit lie a longing and a

Because you are made in the image of God, you inherited from him the desire to
create, to accomplish, to make things happen.
God wouldn't give you
these desires without the ability to carry them out. These abilities are gifts
from God to help you accomplish great things for him and to live a fulfilling
life. How you use or misuse them ultimately determines your quality of life -
not defined by comfort or the accumulation of wealth, but by strong character,
joy, and lasting satisfaction.
Your goal is to discover
your abilities, develop them, and channel them toward what will achieve the
greatest good for the people you lead. When God asks you to accomplish
something, he gives you the resources to get the job done. Therefore, if God
has put you in a position of leadership, he has given you the abilities you
need 😉
