When leaders lose touch
with people, they become ineffective. Avoid losing touch with people. Get to
know your people, observe them, and listen to what they are telling you - and
non-verbal communications too. Value people.
People are your only
appreciable asset. As I read the Scripture and from personal experiences, is it
wise for leaders to avoid positional thinking. Leadership has nothing to do
with your position is. Your influence is what matters. Your title may get
people to work, but your influence is what makes people want to follow you.
Love the people you lead. As a proverb that John C. Maxwell always quote says:
"People don't care how much you know until they know how much you
care" 😉☺🔥 #ServeToLead
