Lone Ranger is not a
leader. I told a CF president, "If
you want to do all of the works yourself, you're not a leader. You're a lone
ranger." Leader - lead. Leading who? People. "The reason CF have committees," I
continue, "is so that we can work
together." It's only lonely at the top if you don't bring people with
you. Trust and empower others. And when people did a great job - give them the
credit.
