My friend Kennedy gave me
a book entitled Be the 1% by Dr
Aammton Alias. This book is not about leadership, but when I think about it, it
does relate to leadership. To be the real 1%, Aammton said, "has nothing to do with the wealthiest 1% of
the world. The real 1% are far richer and powerful beyond measure."
They are not the greatest, talented or privilege but, they [leaders] who have
the bias for actions.
