Author and motivational speaker, Simon Sinek, observed the way great leaders think, act and communicate, and how they inspire everyone to take action. His talks and books have important leadership lessons that can help us, no matter what our role is in the organization. Here are the five (5) lessons that I learned from him.
I would like to recommend reading Leaders Eat Last. This book is valuable and timeless (although I think it can be shorter). People also say that Start With Why also good, but I haven't finished reading it yet
