"Are you busy?" Sometimes I get this question as an intro to WhatsApp chat. I'm always tempted to answer, "No, I'm on vacation now" For an achiever, being busy is normal. But busy alone is not enough. Being productive is better. One of the dangers that most people do is that they are repeating this year what they did last year and not really learning and growing and developing themselves.
