There is no area in our personality more directly related to our total well-being - both physical, emotional and spiritual - than the mouth and tongue. So it is crucial for us to control the tongue and discipline it or be controlled by it! Proverbs 18:21 declares: “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.”

There is a direct connection between the heart and the mouth.
