A leader or a man "must
not be a heavy drinker" (1 Timothy 3:3). Some translations put it
as "not drink too much wine";
"not addicted to wine"; "not given to wine." All of
this is to say that a real man is not an alcoholic or a drunkard. I used to be
one, so I know what people in my culture might think: "If you're a real
man, drink!" No more! ✋Biblical manhood doesn't depend on people's
