Good team leaders never
want Yes-men. They need direct and honest communication from their people. But
at the same, team members "advisors"
need to display respect, too. Leading a team isn't easy (I observe my leaders
and myself to know this to be true). It takes hard work. So, communicate
directly, honestly and respectfully 😊
